The hotel is located in the business district, making it easy to move around to various meetings. It's also a short walk away from a nice supermarket, which is convenient. the room was modern and clean, with adequate facilities and a comfortable bed. the bathroom was spacious and included toiletries. the breakfast was decent with various options, although it could start a bit earlier for those with early flights.

The hotel's restaurant and bar offerings are pricey and not worth it.

The T-bone steak at this restaurant was simply amazing! It was cooked just right and had a perfect seasoning. The meat was also very tender and had a great flavor. The service at this place was also great, with quick and courteous staff who made the dining experience memorable.

We stayed at a luxurious hotel in Atyrau and were amazed by the exclusive amenities and personalized service. the indoor swimming pool and spa lounge were both immaculate and provided us with a relaxing and enjoyable experience. the massage we had at the spa center was top-notch and left us feeling rejuvenated.

There was a minor issue with the snack bar which had limited options and the staff seemed a bit indifferent.

Great hotel for a city break! The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast was simply amazing, with plenty of fresh fruits, cheeses, and delicious local dishes. , the location of the hotel is perfect, it’s quite central and close to lots of local attractions. the staff was helpful and very kind, always making us feel welcome.

We were disappointed that the internet was not free in the rooms and had to pay extra for it. The other negative aspect was the price.
